Using the Reiki Energies

The Reiki energies can be used on people, animals, plants and situations. Some people say that the Reiki energy works also on appliances. Before you treat others, always ask their permission whether it be for a personal session or an absent healing session.

The distance energy gives you the ability to send Reiki energy to anyone, anywhere in the world. It can be used to treat the parts of yourself you cannot reach, to send healing energy to someone in the next room, or someone miles away. It can also be used to heal things from the past, both situations and people. You can use a photo or a drawing when sending distance healing energy. You can also use a teddy bear or a pillow as a substitute for someone who needs the Reiki energy, placing your hands on the bear as you would on the person themselves. The mantra and symbol here is Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen.Always ask that the energy be sent for the highest good and will.
